Payment terms are specified per order. For subreddit claim services, payment is due only after successful completion. For maintenance plans, payment is due monthly. We accept cryptocurrency payments at the address provided in your order.
Subreddit claim services: If we cannot deliver the claimed subreddit, you receive a full refund. Maintenance services: You may cancel at any time with no further charges after the current billing period.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your brand's involvement in Reddit marketing campaigns without your explicit consent.
JB2302 is not liable for actions taken by Reddit or any third-party platform. We operate within Reddit's official processes but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by external platforms.
