Service Agreement (MSA)

This Agreement between JB2302 ("Agency") and the Client ("Client") governs the provision of productized marketing services. Payment initiation constitutes legal acceptance.

1. Scope of Services

Agency provides a Monthly Growth Retainer focused on organic Reddit engagement:

• Strategic, human-only mentions (No bots/automation).
• High-authority, aged accounts (1yr+ tenure).
• Industry-relevant subreddit targeting and 30-day Telegram reporting.

2. Fees & Payments

• Monthly Fee: (Prepaid every 30-day cycle).
• Payment Method: Crypto-native (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) via Agency portal.
• Commencement: Services begin upon confirmation of payment.

3. Term & Termination (Pro-Rata Refunds)

• Term: This Agreement is month-to-month.
• Cancellation: Either party may terminate with 24-hour notice.
• Pro-Rata Refund: If Client terminates mid-cycle, Agency will issue a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused days of the current 30-day period. (Note: Initial setup fees are waived but Day 1 Strategy Map delivery marks the start of the billable period).

4. Liability & Platform Risks

• Platform Acknowledgment: Client acknowledges Reddit is a third-party platform. Agency is not liable for algorithmic changes, shadowbans, or moderation actions beyond its direct control.
• Liability Cap: Agency's total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by Client for the current service cycle.

5. Confidentiality & Governing Law

• Both parties shall maintain absolute confidentiality regarding campaign data, internal SOPs, and proprietary methods.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Agency's operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be settled via mutual arbitration.
